KENT Corporation’s Sqwincher® Brand to be Presenting Sponsor of Inaugural 'Muscatine Triathlon' at Deep Lakes Park

MUSCATINE, Iowa (Jan. 15, 2025) — Keep your 2025 health goals going strong with a commitment to participate in the inaugural Muscatine Triathlon, presented by Sqwincher^®. Taking place on August 2, 2025, participants will compete in a scenic and challenging race designed for athletes of all levels, featuring an impressive Elite Class Prize Purse.

"When Adam Raisbeck, a police officer in our community, approached KENT® with this idea, as a way to bring together athletes of all ages and abilities, we immediately wanted to support the effort.”

Participants will start with a 750-meter swim, a 12.4-mile bike ride and finish with a 5K run. The race takes place at Deep Lakes Park, which has seen significant community investment in recent years.  In addition to the race, there will be activities the entire family can enjoy, such as a farmers’ market, a kid’s fitness zone and more. Following the event, there will be an after-party with live music, food and drinks.

First, second and third place finishers in the Men’s Elite and Women’s Elite divisions will be awarded $5,000, $2,000 and $1,000 respectively. Age group prizes will also be awarded.
