At the International Dairy Foods Association’s (IDFA) annual Innovative Ice Cream Flavors and Products competition, KENT® Precision Foods Group, Frostline, was awarded the top prize for Most Innovative Ice Cream Flavor. The winning flavor, Lavender Lemon Butter Cookie, impressed the judges with its unique combination of floral lavender, zesty lemon, and rich butter cookie notes.
Nearly 260 frozen treat creators gathered for the premier showdown in Fort Lauderdale where industry leaders shared their work. The competition featured a total of 47 entries.
